Today, St. Vsartan park Conservancy and local Cub Scout Pack 422 continued their alliance with an upkeep session in and around the park garden that earned each Scout a Park Cleanup badge. Activiites included leaf management, composting, park beautification, creation of take-home basil plants, more.

On this Indigenous Peoples' Day, we recognize the area's indigenous Lenape, as I did on behalf of Manhattan East Community Association at Murray Hill Neighborhood Association's celebration of the 20th anniversary of 88 neighborhood structures placed in the National Register of Historic Places.
