6th day on #ADHD meds. Mood is better than ever! Yesterday I did a full 8 hours of work, commuted two hours, and still had some energy left to do some gardening and decluttering. Gotta keep the momentum up, steady pace! I might actually be able to turn this whole thing around. Still cautious.

Today is my 4th day with #ADHD meds. No side effects so far, but it feels like a total life changer. I think about doing something, and then I just... Do it? No #procrastinating, no stressing out about being useless. Less self doubting. Overall better mood! Finally, there is something like... #hope?
