McVay also said the Rams are following the same approach allowing Rob Havenstein and Tyler Higbee to make decisions about their future.

McVay said he's spoken with both players but giving them time and space to make those choices.

Sean McVay said the Rams will do an "extensive search" for their next offensive coordinator following Mike LaFleur being hired as Cardinals HC.

Noted there are "in-house candidates" that will play a factor in that process.
