Ashley Lovell is a hopeful young werewolf who thinks he may have finally met a vampire willing to cooperate with him to eradicate a supernatural disease - only for both men to learn firsthand that your day can always get worse.

Comic cover titled “Silver & Iron” in all caps, “part one”. The title takes up the entire cover and is superimposed over a single figure standing in the centre of the page, a young but strong-looking man with light skin, visible chest and arm hair, and a beard which tapers into points at his chin and his cheeks. His hair is jaw-length and the top half is tied back, though some strands have come undone. He has upturned eyes and a moderately long nose with a slight bend in the bridge. A scar runs through his left eye leaving the pupil permanently dilated, making it appear darker than his right eye. He looks at the viewer with a sense of determination and grit, wiping blood off his chin; more blood stains his shirt, untucked and half-unbuttoned to expose part of his chest, and there are more traces of blood on his left hand which holds a crudely-hewn dagger.

October is upon us!
To celebrate, here is an old-ish comic I made about Brook for a #OnePiece horror zine called "What Lurks Beneath".
It was a hell of a project but I was (and am) pleased with how it turned out and what I could capture of Brook's backstory.
Enter at your own peril 🌊💀🧵[1/4]
The Thousand Sunny is silhouetted against a stormy sea. Brook: "Stormy seas and dark clouds are no cause to frown - come pick your noise-maker and let's boogie down!" Usopp with a banjo: "Be real with us Brook, something doesn't make sense!" Chopper with a flute: "Do you swear you can play all these wild instruments?" Brook: "Cross my heart hope to die, were there one to be found- though it's not half as hard as you're making it sound. Given time any bonehead can learn any part, and time did I have on that grim Thriller Bark; Always gloomy, no sun, nor a moon, scarcely rain, so! To mark passing days I decided I'd train. I pledged I would master the tools of my crew-!" He stage-whispers to the boys: "Though step number one was divining who's who." In a flashback, Brook plays a wind instrument by a skeleton. "Clarinet means it's Charlie; Oboe, and it's Chet." He plays a note. "An old English horn? But that means..." He shakes the skeleton and yells, "Bernadette!?" Brook borrows Chopper's flute. "I practiced and practiced, and practiced some more! Every tune I knew soon back to front without flaw." He dances while playing the flute. "Fingers worked to the bone til I couldn't deny;" he pauses, arms lowering. Fog has started to enter his frame. "I had learned all I could. It was time for goodbye." He looks down at a long-haired skeleton in a tattered dress. "I'd retire each piece with its player below." Brook's words appear on a sheet of music paper along with shadows of his bony hands tying strings around a wide variety of instruments. He has now tied the flute to the skeleton with a red string and carries her through the fog and drops her over the side of the ship into the ocean. In the present day, Sanji and Robin watch in perturbed silence. Brook continues - "Though it seemed to these eyes not all wanted to go." A haunted long-haired face blending skeleton and flesh takes one last fearful look at Brook as it sinks below the waves.

I'm a french illustrator and cartoonist. I have a burning passion for creating fantasy and historical-themed characters.

I'm currently working on a big comic project which the first volume should be out next year !

In the second she examines the result of her work. It's a small figurine of a gnome armed with a spear and a shield. In the last one, she's sitting on a stool without her work clothes. She is focused on painting her figurines. Illustration of a huge Art Nouveau-style shopping mall crowned by a glass roof. A crowd of well-dressed people crosses the place. In the centre of the image a man with small red-tinted glasses and metal-tinted skin is dragged by a small middle-aged woman's arm. She is wearing an extravagant mint-coloured outfit. The woman introduces the man to the place with excitement, but he doesn't seem thrilled. A comic page showing three characters on a rocky shore. In front of them is a gate carved into the rock, and they are looking for a way to open it. An argument breaks out between the red-haired girl who wants to continue the search and the sorcerer who wants to give up. They are interrupted by an explosion in the direction of the gate. The third protagonist, who had placed the explosives, nonchalantly invites them to carry on their journey now that the way is clear. Illustration of Medusa the Gorgon in her lair. At a mafia meeting, Capone Bege sits at the head of the table among his men. Capone Bege sits at a table, scowling. His hands are together with the fingers tented. Capone Beges pose hasn’t changed, but it a small trap door flips open on his shoulder. A tiny Charlotte Chiffon is half way out of the trap door coming out of Capone Beges shoulder, resting on the edge. She touches her husband affectionately. Beges expression and posture have changed and looks like he is considering her suggestion of showing mercy.

Like, not even as a back-up option. Not even close. Akechi shrugs. “My agent called. There was still interest. I need money to live. Do you expect me to get a job at 777?” Akechi’s face is on the 777. His smile glimmers out at the world, his eyes sparkling with secrets, as if nothing could be more coyly, erotically compelling than a cheap can of iced tea. The photographer seems to have been very, very interested in the way Akechi’s long fingers in black leather gloves set off the sweet curve of his lower lip. Every time Ren works a shift he has to look at this poster for hours. And the advertising campaign is working, so he also has to look at the mini-version on the special limited edition cans of iced tea that everyone is suddenly buying.
