Wasting my time photographing and looking for peregrines.
Stamford’s adult peregrine pair. Both showing clear signs of their moult. In the video note the tiercel has disturbed a lot of wasps as he retrieves the stashed prey.

Went on the BopH osprey safari Thursday afternoon and Fri morning. Saw several osprey both days but the White Tailed Eagles were not visible. But lots of other great birds to see.

The Stamford resident falcon has laid her first egg this morning at 8:47. Here is a video showing the egg laying (very smooth!) and the tiercel seeing it for the first time where he bribes the falcon with a partial woodpecker!

I like this shot of a tiercel peregrine’s shadow this morning as it flew off from a rendezvous with its mate.

Stamford's stunning tiercel (male peregrine) today. One of my favourite shots of him so far. Normally when they fly away they fly up so I have thousands of shots of the underside of his wings so great to see this angle

A pair of peregrines attempt copulation but it doesn't happen. Hopefully he'll get his act together soon!

I like the thinking here.
The tariffs are mad; but what’s equally mad is that they somehow come as a surprise, when Trump has campaigned non-stop on this and controls all branches of government

Precious time has been lost, but it’s not too late for countries to mount an effective response 1/x

Oh gawd… absolutely not… it’s a filthy low life scam… don’t touch it with a barge pole…

Deborah, are you are backer for Glucofit? Thinking of trying it, but wanted you know if it's actually you as an investor?

Watching peregrine falcon "PJA" on Oakham's All Saints church when some of the pupils at the nearby school take an interest in what I'm doing. (NB 1 F-Bomb from a lad shwoing off to his mates).

Stunning female peregrine falcon leaves her perch high on a church spire. Minutes later she returned with a pigeon that she caught.

Peregrine pair in nearby town this morning. Falcon with prey. Not ready to share with tiercel yet!

Gorgeous female kestrel sat on electricity distribution pole on Saturday in Thorney.

Pleased to see a female peregrine at a local site where I’d only ever seen the ringed tiercel. Darker portrait is the tiercel, the other is the unringed falcon with full crop
