Thanks for an amazing final GOC speedrun event folks. Together we raised $5150 for the Canadian Cancer Society. That means the total raised across all 12 speedrun events I've organized for GOC is just shy of $50k.
Easy 7-1 with Golgari sacrifice. Only game I lost was because I flooded out.

PS Wrap-Up for this year. Barely touched RL2 when it dropped but had a great time going back and doing everything. HaND took a little while to grow on me but it was a real good time. Played a lot of RPGs this year in addition to DQ and FFT.

Tried out the new update for the MMX1 - X3 route matrix rando and got my sub 1:30. Mixed feelings about the enemy rando but the reduced Sigma key requirement leads to a more challenging end game. Also learned the ride armor goes wild when hit with Rhino's stage hazard www.twitch.tv/strizer86/cl...

Finished Metroid Prime 4 100% and I'm glad I kept my expectations low. I feel like it's easily the weakest of 1 - 4. Great to look at and plays fine but misses the mark in a lot of ways.

Grabbed a bunch of MTG cards from my LGS during the Black Friday sales. Mostly FIN bulk to fill out my collection but also grabbed this surge foil Gogo & some cards to build an Izzet commander deck.

Getting closer to cracking sub 1:30 in the MMX1 - X3 route matrix rando with the Full preset. Had a jet seed to kick off the night with a 1:34 followed by a 1:41.

Hit up my LGS for the MTG Avatar prerelease and the place was packed. Went 2-1 with my blue draw 2 deck splashing black for removal & Azula. Don't know anything about Avatar but the set seems like it has potential to be a lot of fun in limited.
