when I was a kid growing up in the 90s my father was able to afford putting a family of 5 in a 3 story house in a somewhat decent neighborhood on a McDonalds salary. I now make 3x as much as my dad did back then and I can barely afford a single room in a shared apartment. fuck amerikkka.
