Buggy the Clown from One Piece redesigned to look like Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. He's got reddish-brown, peach and white fur arranged in patterns to resemble the striped pirate shirt and socks he has in his human design, as well as flowing bright blue hair, a red clown nose and a purple scarf. His signature daggers are floating around his head arranged in a halo formation and his hind legs are separated below the ankle as per his devil fruit powers.
