How to destroy my ego in a sec:

In a moment of craziness asked a guy friend to leave for a weekend together and just have fun
He just laughed and changed subject

I feel like I've just ublocked a new level of embarassment tbh

My brother just told me ON A GROUP CHAT that he won't come to my birthday party (in 2 weeks) 'cause he "has to work" (23yo, has a shitty job as a waiter, lives with our parents and has called off countless times before for other events)
I guess I'll be an only child as from today!

We're at the point in the year where I have no idea what day of the week it is and I no longer care. This is freedom, this is the way humans are meant to live
