Ya know, it's kinda funny...because I feel like in this metaphor, "kibble" is indie games that take notes and inspiration from those franchises and like...yeah, that's helped keep the wolves alive, no doubt

Yup. Standard time isn't stupid at all. I LOVE waking up to go to work first thing in the morning and then having it already be dark when I get to go home. That's totally good for my mental health.
