I've waited a long time for this moment. In September 2017, I started playing a certain game on a whim. Fast forward. Five months ago, I became the Content Designer (the writer) for @idlechampions.bsky.social. Today, I can finally say that I write adventures for a D&D video game. Quest complete.

Finally remembered that this exists.

I'm finally, finally reading through "Tress of the Emerald Sea" by Brandon Sanderson. Just started chapter 16.

I want so badly to read this aloud to other people. It is a delight.

So excited to be part of this! Let's go to space! For the kids!

It's a strange feeling. Now that I'm here, I'm not actually sure what to post. I see plenty of things advertising products and services, and personal victories in various forms, but not much conversation. It's all very nice to see, of course. I just feel that I'm missing out on the human connection.

A surreal feeling. For the first time in my life, I'm only passing through ATL rather than it being my final destination. It's strange knowing that I'm only an hour from family. Part of growing up, I suppose.

Thus concludes my fourth visit to beautiful Victoria, B.C. in the Pacific Northwest, a balm to my soul. Always a pleasure to visit. Always a pain to leave behind. Someday, I won't have to. See you again when I'm another year older. Until then, I'll replay these moments every time I close my eyes.
