The Transformers: The Movie, it was the Autobot Matrix of Leadership's first appearance as a physical object rather than a simple programme inside Optimus Prime's head like the comics.

Takara Tomy have released more images of the latest Transformers pre-orders. We now have a better look at what will be attacking our wallets... For once, I can say I am good. Love Missing Link Grimlock which I have pre-ordered, but not a fan of this version in anime colours.

My cat Pippa demanded her own place in my office. Sitting dangerously close to some Transformers. Especially when she is armed with a tail with a life of its own.

The Transformers: The Movie Unicron, the very large planet sized Unicron somehow sneaks up on Moon Base 1. I am beginning to understand why the Autobots can never hit anything and make Stormtroopers look like sharpshooter. Unicron proceeds to consume the first of Cybertron's moons.

Been ill today and feeling a bit rundown and tired. So spent some time messing around with Transformers. Replaced Studio Series 86 Blurr's head with achai studio version. Much better. Assembled my Blokees chase Megatron, transformed Windcharger and what a nice simple transformation.

The Transformers: The Movie a scene that emphasised the tragedy of the death of Optimus Prime. A loss felt by a generation of kids brought up watching the original Transformers cartoon. This scene helped shape the mythos of Transformers. The idea that Prime was a rank rather than a name.
