On November 11th, 2025, I got to see the auroras with some of my friends! Something I will never forget!
I saw density reach -55 Bz and I RAN out the door! Lowest density that night was -61 Bz! Incredible!!

The first EF-5 in 12 years officially goes to Enderlin, ND. NWS Grand Forks made the announcement earlier this morning (October 6th, 2025) This tornado occurred on June 20th, 2025. Huge props to NWS Grand Forks and other NWS stations for deeply assessing these events. #ef5 #wxbluesky #tornado

One year ago, NW Iowa had historical flooding. I consider myself lucky. My town flooded. Not nearly as bad as Spencer, Rock Valley, and so many more. Today, NW Iowa is still rebuilding. Staying strong and persevering. Below are photos I took as soon as it flooded. Heartbreaking. #iawx #wxbluesky

The Storm Prediction Center absolutely NAILED it today. So thankful for them and the NWS offices in the areas that spent countless hours sending out warnings. No doubt lives were saved today. #severeweather #wxbluesky

The 2025 AMS conference had concluded! One of my favorite moments was the Hurricane Katrina tour! The most shocking part to me was a house that remained untouched after the hurricane. If you look closely, you can see a newspaper from August 28th, 2005 labeled “Katrina Takes Aim.” #weather #AMS2025
