We can no longer stand by while the criminal-in-chief ransacks our government and lays waste to our democracy. Time to knuckle down.
Every time this petulant, whiny bitch fires a federal employee - or thousands of employees - because his panties are in a wad, someone's LIFE that has been wrecked. He has made someone desperate, fearful and anxious. Bc he's EVIL.

I fucking DESPISE Trump.

But did any of them have diabetes? Cancer? Anyone overweight? Perhaps we should check in with the Rubios now? Policy compliance, after all.

Strictly bc of Donald Trump’s belligerent arrogance, American hotels, car rentals, airlines, theme parks, restaurants & other businesses and their workers who comprise the U.S. tourism economy are losing $5.7 BILLION this year.

Bc he can’t shut his mouth, tell the truth or resist bullying others.

Trump is now a dictator with absolute power.

SCOTUS won't hold him accountable for any crimes he commits. It won't even make him follow judicial rulings.

No US president has ever had this level of unchecked power.
No US president has ever deserved it less.

I'm not just pissed about the deal to re-open, but at the utter lack of strategy, even though there were 7 weeks to plan.

Instead, it looks like 8 senators lunged at a deal without consultation or buy in from colleagues, House Dems or the DNC.

Sloppy AF. Does not inspire confidence.

This is the reckless, irresponsible and lawless crook whom the United States Supreme Court seeks to further empower.

They’ve already made him immune to prosecution for any criminal act he undertakes as president. The guard rails are off.

And yet, #SCOTUS wants to fan the flames even higher.

I find myself in agreement with Nate Silver:

"Schumer shouldn’t be Minority Leader. It’s untenable to have someone in that position when they don’t even have majority approval among their own party’s voters. The few Democrats who have tried to defend Schumer have claimed ...

From NYT: "Mr. Trump, who has repeatedly defied Congress’s dictates on spending matters, said on Monday that he would comply with those provisions. 'I’ll abide by the deal,' he said."

So?

He lied more than 30K times in his first term. He's on pace to break that record in Term II.

What's one more?

The WaPo editorial board continues to shame itself daily in deference to Jeff Bezos. Here's the latest example from their editorial Monday on ending the govt shutdown:

"The liberals who want to prolong the government shutdown refuse to acknowledge the unnecessary pain they have already caused."

Obamacare is one of the most important pieces of legislation over the past 75 years.

Despite a 24/7 GOP campaign to discredit it, it became very popular. Today it covers more than 40M Americans.

Republicans have had 15 YEARS to improve it - not a single plan yet. Only bills to snatch its funding.

NEXT: Identifying strong candidates to oust Catherine Cortez Masto, John Fetterman & Maggie Hassan in 2028.

Sen. Angus King conceded on #MorningJoe that the Dec. vote on ACA subsidies (if it even happens) is merely symbolic.

King said Dems need 13 GOP votes. “But will 13 Republicans vote for the subsidies? Probably not.”

A shit concession and now Repubs don’t even have to take it seriously.

Schumer sold us out on the big beautiful bill.

He refused to endorse Mamdani.

Now he’s selling us out on the minibus with no assurances the ACA subsidies will be saved.

NONE.

“The deal would not include an extension of the expiring ACA subsidies — a key Democratic demand — but it would guarantee a vote on the issue at a later date. There are no assurances the ACA subsidies would become law.”
