Scene: The front of the Isle of Wight hospital. We know this because there's a rainbow-striped cone in front of it. This is a piece of Public Art that doesn't function properly. The sign says NHS Reception. Man: Judge Menthol has been taken to the mortuary, time to catch up on what has been happening in hospital this shift. Next panel, where a sign points to 'Burt Ward': Nurse, what has the day's report? Nurse: We've had 12 light e-scooter injuries, two avocado hand amputations and just now a pair of twin baby boys were born. Next panel, where signs point to 'Ed Ward' and 'Wood Ward': Have you recorded both their times of birth, weight, distinguishing features, parents' names and occupation? Nurse: Not yet - I wasn't expecting the Spanish Inquisition. Last panel (thank goodness): The Spanish Inquisitors from That Monty Python Sketch appear. One of them is wearing a First World War flying helmet. The tall one in the big red hat says: Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!
