Every other month, volunteers around the city collect green bags that they've distributed in their neighborhoods. Bags filled with shelf stable foods by their neighbors. All the bags get brought to about a dozen local pantries, including St. John’s Food Share! Thank you @portlandfoodproject !

We're so proud that our President, Tiffany, was selected as the Grand Marshal for this year's 60th! Annual St. Johns Parade. This Saturday, May 10th, head towards St. Johns center where Tiffany will welcome you and you'll get to enjoy floats, activities, and community.

Just 2% of surplus food ends up getting donated. We need to be doing a better job as a country of making sure the high quality foods that would otherwise go to waste is redirected towards community. We should not have anyone struggling to feed their families with this much food out there.
