Jonathan Ross had no reason to draw his gun. His actions were spiteful, a willful violation of constitutional rights under the color of law. Not preserving the crime scene, impounding his weapon, and taking him into custody at the scene to preserve the integrity of the investigation is unexcusable.

Until real police begin arresting these untrained masked thugs for unlawful, unwarranted, illegal violation of civil rights, for kidnapping, false arrest and imprisonment, we are in danger. Until now, outside agencies always notified local agencies of their plans.

It's bad enough that POTUS is a habitual liar, and his appointees follow suit, lying to the public: politics. However, lying to the courts should land every one of them in jail with hefty fines.

Unlike our military, police can quit. Like many other civilians who have sworn binding oaths yielding fewer advantages, they deserve respect and thanks. But they are civilians.
