Tonight I lit my bathroom up, played some classical music and took a nice hot shower to relax. I did a full body exfoliation along with a facial exfoliation and I feel brand new. #selfcare #skincare #exfoliation

I've gotten into makeup in the last year. I'm almost 47, didn't really care to wear it much in my 20s or 30s. However, I'm having fun with it now. I try to keep my look natural since I mostly wear it at work. #makeup #overforty

Earlier today I had a pretty bad migraine. Its the 2nd month in a row. Not near as bad as last months but for me it was still pretty bad. Thankfully, Excedrin was enough to help because I couldn't find my Fiorcet.

I have some pretty rad neighbors and one not so rad neighbor. The rad ones are Boomers who think Trump and this administration is shit. The not rad one believes Pete Hegseth was hacked and that RFK Jr is trying to make us healthy.
