We had a go at making our own Ancient Egyptian headdresses this week. Here are some of working on our own designs in pencil and then after we added paint. We still have some finishing touches to make on Monday but how great are they so far? 😊👏🏻

Thank you to our wonderful digital leaders who today introduced us to “Scratch”. We learned some of the basics of coding by creating a character, background and even made them move! 😊😊

We heard a story from a mystery reader today the story had a message of making sure you check the size of something before ordering it 😂 We each received a ruler to help measure. Huge thank you for coming to visit our class ❤️📚

We have been learning about equality, inclusion and Deaf awareness. We've been exploring various ways to communicate and the barriers that people from the Deaf community face. We want to help break those barriers so we have been learning some BSL. Have a practise at home 😁

Rm5 have been learning about multiplication. We have been exploring the different strategies we can use to multiply. We've used arrays, repeated addition, equal groups and skip counting. Ask us about the importance of the commutative law 😁

We have recently started our new topic'Ancient Egypt'. We've explored some artefacts, researched some Egyptian Gods & been developing our meta skills at Discovery Time. Lots of collaboration, communication, focusing & creativity shown. We've also started a class novel which is a very exciting read 💕
