1/6 With Reform ~30% and Labour drifting, there’s a bolder path:

The fact is Brexit is extremely unpopular.
Make rejoining the EU the offer!

No referendum needed — put it in the manifesto, seek a mandate. Give voters a straight choice: a pre-negotiated, known package vs managed decline. 🧵

Interesting the Thames Water CEOs ideas were judged so stellar by the Mayoral Knight at the round table

it was decided best they be shared in a press release rather than overwhelm attending journos in person.

Talking of Stella (Creasy) she came too!

Labour. Partisan much?
The Mayor repeatedly refuses to call to nationalise Thames Water.

*What you’ve got today is the coming together of all the key individuals and groups" said the Mayor.

I don't think a cosy roundtable with the CEO of Thames Water is going to cut it.

Fascists rewrite history.

Trump says Ukraine 'should have never started it' in comments about war with Russia.

Claims it could have “made a deal” to avert war i e. handed over territory.

Ukraine's biggest mistake was to give up nuclear weapons in 1994. US, UK, Russia guaranteed its security.

Anyone?

No?

Didn’t think so

HMRC hasn't prosecuted anyone for enabling tax evasion in 5 years.

But it fined 95,000 people who dodged nothing, £100 each because their returns were slightly late.

HMRC, pinching the pennies, ignoring the stolen Pounds.

As James O’Brien has said on his show.

There is nothing wrong with calling for #rejoin but we won’t return in Keir Starmer’s lifetime because the EU will not accept us back until we can show our country, politically, is united and not ripe for extremism.

That’s why I will NEVER blame Starmer.
