4 Sedge warblers, 1 whitethroat, 9 Wheatear and a short-eared owl as today’s highlights.

Also heard water rail and grasshopper warbler.

Funny bit in the video when a snipe startles the owl.

Managed up to Gairlochhead yesterday to see the 4 male black grouse, thanks to John.

Then RSPB L Lomond, highlights, grasshopper warbler, osprey, tree pipit and common sandpiper.

Then RSPB Lochwinnoch, 2 LR plovers, 4 Black tailed godwits and 1 Redshank.
