"Steven, will you ever play Roblox for stream?"

No. The answer is no. Never.

How is it that Twitch is "fixing" the most mundane things that hardly anybody really asked for them to fix & not put their focus on some of the more jarring issues?

I'm not saying this wasn't an issue at all, but their priorities lately feel so backwards. Was this really major?
Twitch is changing how it counts clip views.

- Removing inflated views from tech issues + bots.
- Better tracking across devices.
- Counting Stories in clip views.

Creators should expect to see lower counts as a result.

Lot of sequels nominated this year I noticed.
This is a pretty good selection of nominees.

I know one particular streamer who's gonna be quite annoyed that Arc Raiders isn't on there. 😅

I don't have a real stake on Game of the Year this time around. I'm personally rooting for Silksong or Hades II.

So I JUST saw the new footage of Metroid Prime 4...

...and there goes my boner... 👎

The REAL question is whether or not the release of the Epstein Files will *actually* be enough to incite change.

History tells me "No".

It SHOULD be, but a LOT of things should've brought this reign to a screeching halt & yet...here we are.

I'm starting to understand peoples' "both sides are bad" perspective when it comes to Democrats & Republicans.

Of the streamer drama lately, I have to say one thing:

Nina Lin sounds like an absolutely insufferable lout.
I don't know how people can stand being near her.

That's my current two cents.

Meanwhile, you have people who commit SA on their livestreams & then get away with just 1 day-1 week bans. A slap on the wrist. Idk. More and more I'm becoming ashamed of the platform I'm on.

It's a mess.

Honestly don't know how much more I can take.
Twitch and CEO Dan Clancy have provided an update regarding safety at Twitchcon.

They will be making a donation to support non-profit organizations, while Clancy reiterates his apology to Emiru.

There are actually people out there that exist who believe that multiplayer gamers are the minority of gamers.

I didn't think this type of delusion existed.
November 6, 2025 at 9:33 PM
I beg your pardon?
Yeah, nah. Please don't do this. 😆

There's something to be said about how there were so many rumors of Rusev not wanting to do jobs in AEW & yet here he is losing multiple times to Dom Mysterio.

This is the thing I feel like not enough people are talking about. Some of the drama isn't entirely their individual fault, but it makes THE REST OF US look bad by affiliation. There are folks simply just trying to get by, staying in our own lane. Not trying to toot my own horn, but I'm one of them.
I'm so exhausted of streamer drama progressively making all of us look so much worse by association. I'm feeling more like CohhCarnage. I wish Twitch was video games only again and all the other IRL/political/whatever stuff pushed onto another site like how they split games off JTV back then.

If this Hasan dog collar situation has made me feel anything it's that it's made me despise *everybody* involved.

I mean EVERY. BODY.

It's all just backstabbing, disloyalty, "friends" & enemies making a mess of whatever facts there were & potential animal abuse is treated as a joke or memes.

Idk.
October 25, 2025 at 9:54 PM
I feel vindicated that folks are realizing things I've felt over the last few years & that's that IRL streaming was a mistake & TwitchCon is generally a waste of time & money & overall not worth it. If you're someone that enjoyed TC, great! Hope you did, cause I'd be shocked if TC happens next year.

Yikes.
‘TRON: ARES’ will reportedly make a $132.7M loss.

Even knowing that this was recorded before Emiru made her response, Dan Clancy has a lot of nerve calling Emiru his "friend" after everything that had happened.

Dan Clancy has to go. I had a feeling from the start he wouldn't be a good fit for Twitch & I was proven right.

Twitch needs an overhaul.
Twitch CEO Dan Clancy on the Emiru assault:

"You know we're looking very closely at everything that happened there, and I care deeply about Emi; she's a friend of mine. And so I want to see how we can support her."

(This was recorded before Emiru posted her response on Twitter.)

Konosuke Takeshita is the common denominator for the best matches on most of these last AEW PPVs.

Commenting on this again: This is completely unacceptable by Twitch. Whoever the Twitch security & staff were needs to be either heavily reprimanded or straight-up fired. This could've been much worse.

And based off of a lot of things I've been seeing lately...Dan Clancy's got to go. Piss-poor CEO.
Emiru, who was assaulted at her meet and greet at Twitchcon, has responded.

The statement makes clear that she feels Twitch security and staff did nothing before, during, or after, and that only through her team's own action was anything done.
October 18, 2025 at 9:16 PM
They BETTER have filed charges on that guy. Twitch ABSOLUTELY needs to apologize to Emiru & make this up to her somehow, because this is ridiculous.

Completely disgraceful on all fronts.
Someone assaulted Emiru at her Meet & Greet at Twitchcon.

Security pushes the perpetrator away, but then turns back and allows the man to walk away. (???)

Emiru comes back shortly after to continue meeting fans.

I'm going to be honest. Not a fan of this idea.
Twitch is working on a function called "Auto Clips" that, as the name suggests, will automatically create clips of your livestream.

Dude...just retire...seriously.
Mitch McConnell (Senator R-KY) fell again today when asked a question about ICE. He has now fallen multiple times in the last year, making the question of term limits a continuing subject.

Nope. Your internet is most likely fine.

YouTube is down right now. Unusual.

I'm not surprised Tron: Ares is doing poorly. Tron has NEVER done extremely well. It's a bit of a pity, but not unexpected. At one point, Tron was seen as super ahead of its time. Now that we're living that future it probably feels too behind or on par with the times now.

Listen...I LIKED Legacy. 🤷‍♂️

This is definitely worse than Cody's tattoo. Yeesh.

At least in Dom's case he's a heel. He's already "hated" so the tattoo is just added heat for him, but yeah.

Not a fan, let's just say. 😆

It's a simple answer, really.
One is fantasy & the other is reality.
We're unfortunately living the reality.
My intrusive thought while watching TRON: ARES was: why don’t we see movies about AI harming humans the way it is actually harming humans?
