Inside the city is a perfectly preserved (at least on the outside) magically locked tower. Rumour says the body of the Mad Emperor is buried there.

I’m very happy they were fired, but Vance excusing them as just kids saying stupid things is a huge sign about making excuses for racism, fascism, and Naziism. Do these look like kids? Are these words just stupid? Or are these adults that are celebrating racism, fascism, and Naziism?
