Coping, simplifying, and archiving – word by word, and line by line.
The GOP is in denial
that their leader is senile:
The U.N. speech? And Quantico?
Just his quirky verbal style!
Dementia’s tough to peg
in one whose norm is infantile.
But they welcome the distraction,
if only for a while,
from that problematic topic:
Jeffrey Epstein, pedophile.

Our mighty military hardware
– revered and feared by nations all! –
assembled in the capital,
parading by the Mall.
But the whole “Dear Leader” vibe
really casts a pitiful pall.
It screams: His daddy didn’t love him
and his d*ck is really small.

I met @jennifertaub.com at my local rally!
June 14, 2025 at 4:21 PM
Saturday we rally all over to sing:
America will have No Kings!
While Bone Spurs does his birthday thing,
we peacefully proclaim: No Kings!
While toadies line up to kiss his ring,
We the People unite in cause: No Kings!
While he rages and sulks amid golden bling,
Patriots pledge: Forever No Kings!

Kristi Noem played a starring role
in today’s ugly fascist theater.
She said the feds will “liberate” L.A.
from its elected leaders.
When Senator Padilla spoke up
he was downed and cuffed by her official beaters.
This latest obscenity brings us closer to the edge
on which our democracy teeters.
June 12, 2025 at 9:30 PM
Yet another President in cognitive decline,
the last was kind and dignified; this one is malign.
Perfect useful idiot for evil Stephen Miller –
jackboot captain of the SS Trump, hand upon the tiller.
America’s imperiled by this awful puppet master
as Donny lacks the marbles to run his own disaster.
June 11, 2025 at 10:16 PM
Health policy is bonkers during Donald’s second term –
maybe don’t appoint the guy whose brain was eaten by a worm?
RFK wants kooks instead of experts, his baloney they’ll affirm.
Quackery over science means more deaths from deadly germs.
June 11, 2025 at 3:49 PM
He sees opportunity in claiming things calamitous:
Violent lawless hellhole? That’s how he portrays Los Angeles!
He tries to make it so by deploying troops to handle this.
Mister “J6 was a lovefest” – really effing scandalous.
June 10, 2025 at 9:16 PM
His Harvard vendetta may be simpler than it seems:
he would never be admitted in his wildest dreams.
And he’s so intimidated by people who are smart,
that all things education he wants to tear apart.
But his real target is Truth, aka Veritas,
and destruction of that is his gain and our loss.
May 27, 2025 at 4:05 PM
That freakin plane, the crypto grift –
the corruption's the whole point.
Real estate deals, Mar-a-Lago appeals –
influence peddling all over the joint.
Imagine, for a moment,
that these were Democratic sins:
Fox and MAGA would lose their sh*t!
But for Trump, they're just more wins.
May 24, 2025 at 8:28 PM
Republicans in Congress are selling us out –
if we're not zillionaires, we don't have any clout.
Fiscal prudence they claim, but the deficit they flout.
Woe unto those in his party who express any doubt!
Trumponomics requires adherence devout –
so they're fully submissive to that big orange lout.
May 24, 2025 at 3:20 PM
Free Market this, deregulated that –
that’s where Republicans used to be at.
Now they surrender all liberties to this daft autocrat.
Threaten industry here, menace colleges there –
this would long have been seen as wrong and unfair.
But the GOP sold its soul to kiss Trump’s derrière.
May 23, 2025 at 7:15 PM
Tell the guy in the White House
it will save him some fights
if he reads the Constitution
and Bill of Rights.
Freedom of Speech, the Press
Religion and more –
in defining America,
these are our core.
You’d think a President
would know them by heart.
Most of them do,
but this one isn’t too smart.

100 days of tariff chaos
100 days of canceled grants
100 days of creepy V.P. JD Vance
100 days of Musk and DOGE
100 days of data breach
100 days of Presidential power overreach
100 days of DEI erasure
100 days of Signal chats
100 days of fighting measles with RFK’s tinfoil hats

Will foreign tourists flock
to spots across the USA
while Trump treats their nations badly,
claiming trade or NATO foul play?
Some he wants to seize –
to international dismay!
Add risk of hassle at our border
– get detained or turned away –
and it’s likely most will seek
some other summer holiday.
April 27, 2025 at 6:09 PM
Their ethos is intimidation –
they seek compliance by instilling fear.
Arresting a judge raises the stakes
and sends a message loud and clear.
This is the opposite of democracy,
and counter to all that we hold dear.
Condemn this appalling thuggish act:
We reject Trump’s fascist bullshit here!
April 25, 2025 at 7:24 PM
International students are still imprisoned,
punished for expressing their views.
Part of Trump’s war on universities –
federal funding they might lose.
Civil liberties are under attack here,
not least our cherished freedom of speech.
We minimize this at our peril
as he expands his lawless reach.
April 24, 2025 at 8:06 PM
Things that one might do if they were in cahoots with Putin:
* Ruin the economy – their own foot they’d be shootin’.
* Plunder Fed departments, private data ripe for lootin’.
* Treat allies with contempt, NATO common good disputin’.
* Weaken Constitutional rights, autocratic substitutin’.
April 22, 2025 at 11:31 PM
Keeping Pete Hegseth doesn’t make any sense:
he threatens troop safety with his negligence.
So lax with security – the risks are immense!
Pentagon staff question his competence.
He remains cuz his fealty to Trump is intense,
but neither should manage our nation’s defense.
April 22, 2025 at 4:34 PM
Sent to a foreign torture jail,
due process is denied.
Not just deported, but imprisoned –
and mistakenly, besides.
They said that he is in a gang
and yet they may have lied.
Bring him back, then make the case
and let the courts decide.
The Rule of Law is paramount
and this disgrace must be decried!
April 19, 2025 at 6:47 PM
Smart Presidents seek experts
to give them good advice –
the best and the brightest
they endeavor to entice.
The weak require toadies –
yes men and bootlickers are nice.
So Powell telling tariff truths
could get the Fed Chair iced.
If Trump dumps him for his honesty,
we all will pay the price.
April 18, 2025 at 4:06 PM
Between his tariffs and his tantrums,
the world no longer trusts us.
We aren’t reliable partners
in trade, defense, or justice.
Chaos is not a strategy,
and cruelty isn’t strong.
Will Republicans in Congress
right this ruinous wrong?
April 7, 2025 at 6:10 PM
He’s flushing the economy
down his golden toilet.
We were riding record market highs
and he had to go and spoil it.
A real Chief Exec would see this mess
and zero in on problem solving.
But it’s clear he doesn’t give a damn:
he spent the weekend golfing.
April 7, 2025 at 1:35 PM
We showed up in droves
in cities and towns.
We held signs and sang songs:
no kings and no clowns!
We were pissed, yet peaceful –
our feet and hearts pound.
Democracy matters
and we will not back down.
April 6, 2025 at 1:36 AM
Republicans in Congress
will let him ruin everything.
They’ll torpedo our alliances
to please the orange King.
They’ll ravage the economy
to court the Putinista wing.
They’ll make us ill and dumb and cruel –
that’s how they kiss the ring.
They’ve chosen to enable
the Bizarre-a-Lago ding-a-ling.
