Insurance is a scam. Been paying for Allstate renter's insurance 4 years. Never once submitted a claim. Apartment floods. It's the building's fault. We have photos & video of our soaking wet (sewage water) wool area rug. $1900 rug. It is ruined. Building mgmt throws it out.
