Learning of 2023: if you can't use Passkey, YubiKey or App-based OTP, use a virtual phone number as that's really cheap, doesn't require a phone/SIM card slot and you can re-route the OTP to any email address you want. messagebird.com has been working well for me, thanks @stefanklumpp.com
