With a, "woah!" they are lifted up into the air. 3. A gleaming glow from above is cast down on the Being. A bevy of stats appear next to them. Time and stamina are lost while an early bedtime, back pain, and random quirk are gained! 4. The Being is returned to the ground and now wears a party hat. The reminder sinks in! As their LVL UP and confetti appear overhead, the Being accepts the realization and says, "Oh right. It's my Birthday."

A four panel hand drawn comic. 1. Timmy stands up from the rock they'd just been leaning against. Their mind is clearer and the snow that had begun to pile up has been shaken off. They still hold their left shoulder. A quick move to staunch a fresh dribble of blood from their wound. 2. The flow stopped, Timmy John Helldiver shirks their early misgivings and injects a CURA stim into their neck. The liquid injection enters their bloodstream with a small 'FNCHSSSH'. It'll put a stop to the wound and get Timmy back to combat readiness. 3. In the delirium caused by the wound and snowstorm battering their body, Timmy had dropped their Liberator and other gear as they walked up to their shelter. Motivations now clear again in mind and stimulant coursing, Timmy gathers the gear beginning with their AR. 4. A small click precedes Timmy's map glowing up off of their forearm mounted display pad. The view screen is panned over to its target... A large Automaton outpost a bit further away. This is the objective. The goal is clear. Marker is placed.

A low and growling, "YOU," echoes out from the alley at the Being walking by. The alley dweller is barely distinguishable from the shadows. It begs the question what our passerby did to deserve this call out. 3. "Have a warm & wonderful day!" says the alley dweller. Oh... Well it turns out the passerby did nothing and this lovely Being dwelling in an alley was simply offering well wishes for the day. 4. Startled beyond belief, a look of terror is plastered across the Beings face. Whether frozen place or taking up the starting line to book it out of the area, our Being's pose is the cherry on top of this weird situation.

Confirming right Being's fears, the Being on the left says, "Yeah, that starts 2 hours from now..." Now in a cold sweat, the Being on the right says nothing. 4. "I have to fix my schedule for everything today!" says the Being on the right. They're not okay. Their eye twitches and their smile grows maniacal. Mind break.
