Finished Kena: Bridge of Sprits. Great game with lots of heart! My big issues were severe programming jank (camera, clipping thru stuff, mechanics not working, etc) and the lack of variety in regards to music. The art direction, story and gameplay were otherwise strong. Highly reccomend!

Finished Kena: Bridge of Sprits. Great game with lots of heart! My big issues were severe programming jank (camera, clipping thru stuff, mechanics not working, etc) and the lack of variety in regards to music. The art direction, story and gameplay were otherwise strong. Highly reccomend!

Started Kena: Bridge of Spirits. I picked this gem up at the PS5 launch window and it sat on my shelf til now. Was looking for something with decent combat yet wasn't too violent so I could play it around my son. Despite some jank, it's a very fun and fulfilling adventure!

Torn on how I feel on how The Summer Hikaru Died ended. It felt like an odd compromise with an open conclusion. On one hand, I was expecting a clean tragedy. However, perhaps I am too used to similar series choosing to go that way. The finale felt fittingly human to put it in relative terms

Completed Sin & Punishment on N64. That was... wild. I feel like I need to do a deep dive on the development. There is clearly a wild vision here that was held back by SOMETHING. The controls were unique, the bullet hell nature was abysmal in a 3D space. I loved it. I think?
