How did I measure up against my word for 2024?
I think somewhere along the way I entirely lost the plot in 2024. Balance was not on my radar much this year as work consumed a massive and irreplaceable chunk of my life including more evenings, weekends, and emergency midnight calls than ever before.

Can’t help but laugh at the latest hair trend of “no heat rollers.” Y’all. I grew up in the 80s with a Southern Momma who would wash and set my hair every Saturday night for church on Sunday. THESE are the rollers you need. Forget the fancy, trendy crap they’re peddling. Foam rollers never fail.
