Well, that's my Dry January over. A few things I found from a month without alcohol:
- I slept better and felt more refreshed in the morning
- Cravings for alcohol went away after about 3 weeks
- I didn't lose any weight
- Non-alcoholic prosecco is shite
- VRChat is less fun when sober

I don't generally do new years resolutions, but this year I intend to do a dry January (no alcohol for a month). Partly just to convince myself I can, but also to see if it has any noticeable effect on my health and my weight.

On the plus side, my new microwave oven doesn't require any kind of app or cloud connectivity to function. This is pogress.
