One of my New Years things was to read the Bible through at least once in my lifetime. No matter how you view it, no one can afford to be ignorant of what it actually says. Absolutely huge cultural footprint in western civilization. I use the NIV for general reading. #TheBible

I have many fond memories as a child in the 1970’s watching this show. It was one of my mother’s favorites ( along with Laverne & Shirley). I think Polly Holiday (Flo) is the last cast member left now. #RIP

Former President Jimmy Carter died today. He was 100 years old! He was the first centenarian President. He was referred to once as a less than successful President but a decent man. We could do with more decent men today. We will not see his like again. #RIP
