Im so scared about coming out to anyone. I keep wanting to gaslight myself and saying I shouldnt transition for XYZ reasons. π I really need help

I just found out my state does do gender affirming care so I might do it sooner? I have some other things I need to worry about before I get any meds though!

Since I just recently came out as Trans I haven't gone through any physical changes. I want to but I want to move to a blue state (currently in a red) due to the nerves have going to the hospital for medication
