33 years ago, in December 1991, 92% of Ukrainians voted for independence, with a turnout of 84%. In the Donbas, now largely "liberated" by Vladimir Putin, 85% voted in favor of this independence.

On October 19, Jean-Noël Barrot had already stated the same thing: France has no red line regarding the use of French missiles in Russia. The only thing missing was authorization from the United States, which is required for any use of French SCALP missiles due to their American components.
