First night stealth camping in Hotel Zeekr!
Decided against Pennington beach due to no mobile coverage, so we're at American River wharf.
Blew up the new mattress with V2L, and it's massive. Twig just fits. Pano roof is awesome.
Will try camp mode and I'll boil kettle for cup of tea in the morning.

I just ordered a pair of prescription aviator glasses with blue tint, non-polarised so they work with the heads up display in the Zeekr.

Also got word that my console fridge arrived and is ready to be fitted by Volvo service, so it's off to Adelaide for that!

Good day as a virtual power plant with Amber Energy emptying my battery into the grid this evening as the price spiked to $21 a kWh due to hot, calm conditions and everyone without their own home battery cranking their ACs and ovens on the grid.
One day soon I'll be able to empty my car battery!

Drove Zeekr 7 to Penneshaw for its first ever public charge and fast charge.
Not a real test as I arrived half full, but it held 135kW the whole way up to 75%, so happy with that.
Twig says remember to always be checking into Plugshare, and also RAA members get a 10% discount at RAA chargers!

A bit of drama two houses over, when workers preparing the last vacant block on the street for the construction of government employee housing sparked a grass fire.
Last week it was the preschool in the next block over that caught fire briefly.
Seems I don't have to travel far for news these days!

Unfortunately I don't think the white bellied sea eagles will save us from the big development this time.

I set up Twig's new hammock in back seat of the 7X and had every intention of doing a full lap of western KI.
But I got caught up chatting at the Elsegood harvest exchange and then emptied the battery taking friends for drives, including testing out the 0 to 100.
The new car is now a bit dusty!

The Zeekr 7X made it home and we will pick up Twig in the morning. The car now has 183 km, with efficiency of 18.8kWh/100km.

Well that was a little nerve wracking driving the brand new Zeekr onto the ferry.
Not allowed to wind down the windows due to the fresh tint, so thank goodness for the 360 camera!
