Who ever thought that two and a half years of campaigning against one man and one policy, of hypocrisy, misogyny and rage baiting could result in losing the seat you’ve held for 20 yrs. Hmmm. Maybe Canada isn’t broken after all.

A year ago today, our Oakley had a lumbar injury (FCE) where she lost use of her back leg. She aged 100 yrs that day. She endured 6 weeks of medicated bedrest, only dreaming of chasing squirrels.
