Ferdinand was too busy drowning in his doubts; Hubert's impatience started tightening it's grip on his throat. As proud as Hubert was for his own restraint, he had remained in this accursed place for a week — far away from the debauchery and gossip of the capital, a casually thrown lewd remark, court ladies giggling about their nocturnal adventures in his vicinity; no one even mentions to kill someone over wrongly prepared breakfast. Hubert was not disturbed by celibacy, no, he was disturbed by having to live near it – being a rat, born into high society, the inability to participate in something ignominious felt like trying to breath burning incense to full chest. Sublimity, holiness, anything else — a knight clad in metal rubbish in front of him, the mere sight of a man from his beloved wretched home instantly made his mouth water. The first person he'd heard the word "genitals" from in his entire seven days of enlightenment. A dry, lazy laugh emanated from his throat. He was wondering – if he pressed his face into the orange drapes of his head, would he smell the Enbarr's wind? Or did it wither on him, too? Hubert grabbed Ferdinand by the belt, pulling him down — the plaintive creaking of the bed reminded him of what kind of place they were at. His ears, hidden beneath a shock of ginger hair, instantly turned red, and the knight, already hesitant, ended up with his face even more confused. He knelt on the floor — on the rough, dry grass mat covering it — frightened by the sounds this semblance of a bed made. Hubert looked into his eyes: identical to his own, filled with lust, yet restrained by an incomprehensible moral content in that head of his. All knights are like this, he thought to himself. Hubert admits that in the capital, his expensive, custom-tailored attire does all the heavy lifting for his appearance. Here, in his pitiful robe, with a trimmed total horror on his head, he was nothing but a laughingstock. Ferdinand summoned a slight envy in him — he was born to seduce, with ripe cheeks and long eyelashes. Even the pile of rags, the mockery of the word "armor," his weathered and dry hair; his face, hastily washed in a near fountain, didn't stop him from attracting poor bystanders to himself. Hubert could've sworn he is not the only one in this monastery weighting the thoughts about him and finding them rather too heavy to carry around. The clergy at this place were lucky that an attractive, lost traveler was a blue-blooded citizen of the imperial capital – notorious for its perversions. If one of them was slightly more bold, Hubert would have to be the second. It seems, – he reasons, giddily, – he had no competitors for being the biggest pervert at this place. While the righteous bowed their heads, begging forgiveness for their lustful thoughts, their enticing knight knelt before him, trembling hands lifting monk robe higher and higher. The solemnity with which he did it almost made Hubert laugh. Long, caressing strokes, rough fabric going against his skin. Ferdinand was unwrapping his legs too slow, for his taste, yet Hubert was generous enough to let him have it. His noble head needs to make amends with desecrating holy place, or he simply need a time preparing his mouth to be filled – who knows. His beautiful nose nuzzled Hubert's crotch through the heavy fabric, and a desperate, whistly inhale reached his ears. Both men let out a pathetic little whine.
