90% of hemp products on shelves right now will become ILLEGAL under the new 0.4mg THC cap.

This isn't regulation—it's elimination of an entire industry.

Congress just killed CBD with math.

0.4mg THC limit sounds reasonable until you realize extraction CONCENTRATES the naturally occurring THC in hemp. They essentially banned the process itself.

This isn't regulation—it's elimination.

Medicare covering CBD could backfire—just like when the ACA mandated birth control coverage, prices spiked faster than other insured drugs.

If seniors get coverage, your $15-$200 CBD could become unaffordable for everyone else.

Hemp farmers have until November 13, 2026 to fight back before their livelihoods are wiped out.

One year. That's all the time small growers have to save their farms from these devastating new restrictions.

A 0.4mg THC limit per container would devastate hemp businesses.

The impact? 95% of the industry could vanish, costing $1.5B in tax revenue.

This isn't just about hemp—it's about killing a legal industry overnight.

41 days.

That's how long the government was shut down when they slipped in new hemp restrictions that could kill the entire legal industry.

New rule: ALL forms of THC now counted, not just delta-9.

After 7 years of building a legal hemp market, Congress just buried a ban in a funding bill?

Delta-8, edibles, oils—gone by Nov 2026.

This isn't regulation. It's erasure.

That's not a typo. This could eliminate 95% of hemp businesses overnight.

Now Congress just banned 100% of products with a 0.4mg THC limit.

American farms that invested everything are about to lose it all.

Why would 22 Dems—including legalization advocates—vote WITH Republicans to kill hemp?

They just backed restrictions that farmers say will destroy a $30 BILLION industry.

Make it make sense.

Since EARLY 2021, hemp leaders have asked federal regulators QUARTERLY for common-sense rules:

✓ Age gating
✓ Lab standards
✓ Packaging regs

Instead of guardrails, they got a BAN with a Nov 2026 deadline.

That's 12 months to fight back, save their livelihoods, and protect an industry that's kept family farms alive.
