Remember that 'comedian' who made vile, disgusting comments towards me at Edinburgh Fringe last year? Turns out he's on Richard Osman's House Of Games this week. Boo! Huge disappointment! 👎

So Bristol Hippodrome emailed me a while back to let me know that Amber Davies won't be playing Elle Woods at the show I've booked and would I like to reschedule? Of course I stuck with my original date because I love seeing a cover. And now I know that Hannah Lowther is the alternate! Amazing news!

Best Stage Door Encounter
I met 49 people at Stage Doors in 2025 and every single one of them was obviously an absolute legend for coming outside to meet the fans (especially as these were all at matinee performances) but these ten were particularly very lovely.

Another superb round-up of the year's best theatre. No Stereophonic is a real surprise but so lovely to see Dear Evan Hansen on someone else's list too. Well done, Daz and team! Thanks for your content in 2025 on one of my favourite websites. More engagement on Bluesky in 2026 would be fab please.
