UNISON, Unite and GMB have put in a pay claim for 2026 for:
- Increase of £3000 or 10%
- Min pay of £15 p/h
- Improvements to annual leave and working week
- Improvements to school support staff roles

The voting period for NEC opened yesterday. It is important that all members fill in their ballot papers when it arrives in the post.
