Thanks to Mary-Ann Ochota for giving a fascinating talk on the hidden histories of our landscape, hosted by The Greyhound Inn, as part of the Staffordshire Moorlands Walking Festival.

We took in the panoramic views from the Revidge trigpoint and put our landscape detective skills to the test.

🌳It was great to help CPRE Shropshire and the Staffordshire Wildlife Trust plant a new hedge at Pasford Farm this week.

🌳The 260-metre hedge will link up with existing hedges in a valley managed for its wildlife as part of the Sandscapes nature recovery project.

60% of the UK’s solar targets could be delivered by rooftop solar.

The Sunshine Bill is the key to making this happen, but we need MPs to show up on 17th January and vote YES!

Lower bills, renewable energy, and climate action – that’s what the Sunshine Bill can deliver. But it can’t happen unless MPs vote for rooftop solar on 17th January.

There's nothing remotely progressive about Angela Rayner's green light to developers to build even more car-dependent, poor quality housing and do even more damage to one of the most nature-depleted countries on Earth.
