Bears repeating bc it's so egregious... The top 3 PBMS —CVS Caremark Rx, Cigna’s Express Scripts and UnitedHealth Group’s OptumRx—generated $7.3 billion through price hikes over the last 5 yrs, per the FTC. Cancer drugs made up nearly half of the profits.
