No shade but if /other people/ would’ve been involved in Andor, Cassians sister would’ve ended up being Poe Damerons mom and Cad Bane and Plo Koon or something would’ve appeared for NO REASON. I loved Andor for its subtleness when it came to Easter eggs and canon.

Funny they’d do a Squid Game US. Firstly I’m watching this for Korean and to not see another US based show. And secondly, who needs another reminder that greed and cruelty rule supreme in the US. Seems incredibly pointless and more corporate milking of a success in opposition to the shows message.

I have met hardcore Star Wars fans (obviously), I have met hardcore Star Trek fans, I have met hardcore MCU fans, I have met hardcore Harry Potter fans, I have met hardcore LOTR fans, but somehow I have NEVER met a hardcore Avatar fan. Do they exist?

I gotta be honest here for a minute. Filonis brand of Star Wars is the one that resonates with me the least. Mandalorian was fine until it turned into a cameo and Easter egg hunt. While I think he’s a good and smart guy all this blatant Studio Ghibli stuff and wackiness..

Finally got the legendary French ‘Star Wars - objets du mythe’ book. Do I speak French? No. But it’s famous for having cool behind the scenes stuff that isn’t in any English publication.
It’s usually quite pricey but it got this for a bargain since the cover is a bit banged up. #starwars

Same should happen with Star Wars Celebration. I can’t travel somewhere claiming Andor is brilliant closing my eyes to the same thing happening on the streets of the very country that it hosting the event.

We’re - what - 5 months away from that Mandalorian movie and I couldn’t care less. The promotion and hype machine this time has failed me. I’m honestly more interested in Starfighter at this point. That can’t be a good sign. If I feel that way, what about casual fans.

Any form of cult of personality is a bit odd to me. Some fans will idolize people with no questions asked. Am I happy that someone who recycles and self-references stuff all the time and seems incapable of letting go of his characters is in charge of Star Wars? Not really?
