The evidence is clear. Lifestyle interventions... can reduce psychiatric symptoms, improve physical health, and extend life expectancy. The task before us is no longer to prove efficacy, but to embed these interventions into the core of mental health care.

What’s the link between moving our bodies & meaning in life?

New scoping review of 34 studies (N=>100k) finds consistent, small, positive association in both directions. PA might help us make sense of life, and a sense of meaning might help us stay active.
