Green Bee-eater (Merops orientalis): This 22cm (9in) bird is native to sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. Aka the "Little Green Bee-eater". Feeds on insects in habitats such as grasslands, scrub or edges of forests, this bird can often be found far from water. Wonderful photo taken by Rajiv Basu in India.

Babies squirrels! Thankfully, I found a wildlife rehabilitation center that was able to take care of them. I tried for two days to reunite them with their mom.

If a baby squirrel runs up your leg, it's lost and needs help. It is not normal for baby squirrels to approach potential predators like people. When this happens, contact a rehabilitator.

Ever wonder how to tell the difference from a chipmunk and a ground squirrel? Chipmunks have a stripe on the face, unlike this thirteen line ground squirrel.
