Just tried to call the White House to tell them that I don’t want faithful government employees to be loyal to the president. I want them to be loyal to the United States, the constitution and the work to which they are called. Of course the White House comment line is closed.

The question is how to participate in changing the world rather than just dwelling in outrage. That’s the danger of this medium—outrage. Just staying mad and powerless. Any voice who can direct our action is the most valuable.
