Just finished episode 5 of Heated Rivalry. Really hurt me in the feels. I've always wondered what it would feel like to fall in love again. To meet a handsome guy like Scott. To be head over heels, giddy every day walking on air.

So my Saturday afternoon league team does a fun "player of the game" award each week, usually for someone doing something cool or having a strong skate. It's silly fun. Somehow I impressed folks with a solid presence on D. Rocking my inner horse perhaps....

Looking at hockey opportunities for the New Year, while rethinking my current team commitments. My Tuesday team has lost 13 in a row and forfeited a 14th. Getting the shit beaten out of us weekly has been demoralizing. I find myself having to force myself to skate each week. Dig deep I guess. :(
