And now the world is watching as the United States of America turns its back on decades of leadership to side with the thugs of Russia and North Korea. The current president has always been disdainful of our armed services, both veterans and current membership.

I’m a Boomer. My dad was a Marine, and my mom helped build P-47 Thunderbolts in Indiana during WW II. I’m a retired Social Studies teacher who taught my students about the Constitution, citizenship, and the alliance systems that were built to strengthen and protect democratic government.
