The first comic in my series “Buggirl and other stories,” I started the series in response to Daisuke Igarashi’s "Hanashippanashi", a series of short stories. I wanted to create my own series of short stories. Here is the first! I’ll be posting the rest soon :)

Another oldie, asked to make an abstract painting by my professor, but abstract art has never been something I’m interested in making. Instead, I chose to make an artwork with elements of abstraction here is the final result

Made some merch a while ago, it's sold out now, but it was fun to make designs for clothing. While technically for a class, I mainly did it for myself; it was definitely a learning experience! Also me and my Girlfriend did the photoshoot which was really fun :)

Another older work, I called “Corporation Infiltration,” I wanted to try and put my pen ink over painted acrylic, which turned out to be very difficult.

Older piece, I just called “Frog Girl,” I had a lot of fun with the background line-art and then threw it in Procreate for the color.

Some recent paintings for my first painting class :)

I used to have this overwhelming fear of painting and color. I felt a lot of pressure to perform very well in everything I do academically and painting, something I’d never tried was a scary venture. Anyways, I hope you enjoy my paintings :)
