At year end, the dividing line in politics today is defined by dignity. Dignity is something that can't be taken away. It can only be surrendered voluntarily. We saw the most powerful business leaders willing to surrender dignity while everyday Americans stood tall.

More than 50 years of traveling, hundreds of destinations, I’ve never had to visit a local doctor at a destination, until now. I’ve been out of commission since just after arriving here. On site Dr’s been helpful. Think I’m finally turning the corner. Down 8 # 😮

A year ago, I came up with the phrase Doom Dopamine: the unconscious reward we give people for spreading doom.

Take a minute to like positive posts.

Cause when alarmist content goes viral & positive posts get 5 likes, it engineers our brains to think doom is rewarding & positivity is not. 🧵
