This is 100% the case, and probably the main problem with DR.
I think a big problem with DR is how mysteries get nothing for over a seasons worth of content and then we need to rush to a conclusion (case in point: screaming earth). Not having immediate answer is fine, but the pacing of a lot of them just isn’t very good
People who think Dragons Rising is dragging out mysteries too long would not survive the average story-focused anime
